What you will be doing:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless ServiceNow integration
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions on ServiceNow
- Offer technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders
- Stay updated on ServiceNow products, processes, and features
- Design user-friendly interfaces to enhance user experience
- Create reports, gauges, and dashboards in ServiceNow
- Participate in sprint reviews to clarify end-user stories
Requirements that make you the best candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, or IT Assent Management
- Knowledge of data exchange technologies and understanding of IT solutions architecture
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or equivalent experience
- Experience implementing and/or managing the ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform
What will make you stand out:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint knowledge
- ITIL certification
