We are growing rapidly and are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Talent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition and management strategies to support our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates
• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Implement innovative employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation
• Design and oversee talent development programs to nurture and retain high-performing employees
• Collaborate with leadership to identify current and future talent needs
• Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on career development

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns and talent development initiatives
• Experience with HR technologies and applicant tracking systems
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align talent strategies with business objectives
