- Run the entire ui/ux system
- Manage a design team
- Work on improving the design of the mobile app and web version
- Test the product, analyze the market and research competitors
- Work closely with a cross-functional team (sales, engineers, product managers, etc.)
- Communicate a lot with users and get feedback directly
- Working on UX parts as well as UI
- Experience in mobile app design
- 5+ years commercial experience
- 3+ years in management design teams
- Experience in projects focused on B2C market (US, Europe markets are an advantage)
- English level from C1 and above
- Willingness to work in an active fast-paced product development environment
- Entrepreneurial thinking and result orientation
- Ability to work from anywhere in the world
