Job Overview:

As our Senior Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Specialist, your role will involve crafting high-end static and dynamic designs that align with our clients' brand and business goals. You’ll need a sharp eye for detail, deep cultural understanding (especially of the Saudi market), and a knack for transforming ideas into visually striking designs. This role is perfect for a designer who enjoys the freedom of remote work, while still creating impactful, innovative content in a flexible and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design top-quality visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop engaging motion graphics for video content, advertisements, and animations that captivate target audiences.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to brainstorm and execute design ideas that reflect client goals.
• Transform complex marketing strategies into cohesive, visually appealing concepts.
• Ensure consistency in design and branding across all media, adhering to both internal and client guidelines.
• Stay at the forefront of design trends and tools, continually enhancing your creative output.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh, innovative ideas.
• Communicate efficiently with team members and clients, understanding their feedback to deliver on expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in professional graphic design and motion graphics.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and related design tools.
• Proven portfolio showcasing both static and motion graphic designs.
• Ability to deliver high-quality content in fast-paced environments, meeting deadlines and maintaining standards.
• Creative problem solver with an eye for detail, color theory, typography, and design composition.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of Saudi culture and market preferences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a remote team setting.
