Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join our dynamic team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
- Strong proficiency in Ruby programming language and Rails framework
- Solid understanding of web application development principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with React JS
- Familiarity with Hotwire
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
