We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our remote-first team at Coimex, contributing to both Web2 and Web3 products. You'll play a critical role in creating intuitive, responsive, and user-centered designs, collaborating with developers and product managers to shape seamless user experiences. This role offers the flexibility of part-time working with long-term incentives like stock options or EXIM Tokens, reflecting your stake in Coimex’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for Web2 and Web3 applications, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement and refine design concepts.
• Focus on Web3-specific visual elements, UX challenges, including dApp interfaces and blockchain transactions.

UI/UX Specifications:

• Expertise in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Illustrator.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design processes, including user research, usability testing, and persona creation(Design thinking).
• Experience in creating intuitive, accessible, and responsive designs across various devices.
• Skills in designing visual elements such as icon sets, hero pictures, and so on.
• Skills in designing interactive components like buttons, animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to improve the user experience.
• Experience creating or managing component libraries and design systems.
• Familiarity with design patterns and principles used in Web3 applications.
• Understanding of decentralized application (dApp) interfaces, wallet integration, and token-related UX flows.
• Ability to collaborate closely with developers, product manager, and stakeholders.

Web3 design language skills and industry familiarity are plus:

• Experience designing trust and security features for Web3 apps (e.g., visual cues for security, transaction confirmation flows).

• Time Commitment: 15 hours per week, fully remote. Flexible schedule with regular updates and collaboration.
• Core Responsibilities: Develop web and mobile applications across our Web2 and Web3 products.
• Web3 Focus: Work on blockchain-specific testing, including smart contract functionality and dApp performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and the Technical Product Manager to ensure seamless releases and high-quality standards.
