Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Junior UI/UX Designer with 1+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll create designs for top tech companies from Europe and the USA.

- At least 1 year of proven experience working as UI/UX Designer (not only freelance)
- Experience with products (not only websites)
- Experience with Figma (components, auto-layout, libraries)
- Online portfolio showcasing design and problem-solving skills (both in web and mobile)
- Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and best practices (research, prototyping, accessibility) as well as visual design (typography, color, and layout)
- Sense of visual style, composition, color, and typography
- Excited to improve design skills and willingness to learn new tools
- Ability to present and substantiate your work
- Strong communication skills and friendly attitude to any assigned task
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Intermediate strong and higher level of English
- Carry out researches; Designing flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and rapid prototypes for internal/external large and small scale projects including websites, apps, content, and more
- Deliver design assets to clients, and other team members
- Working closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
- Participation in team meetings and brainstorms
- 1-st stage — Call with Recruiter
- 2-nd stage — Test task
- 3-rd stage — Interview with Lead Designer and Recruiter
