As we expand, we're looking for a UI/UX Designer to help us build seamless and engaging user experiences that reflect our commitment to diversity, quality, and innovation.

UI/UX Designer Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play an essential role in crafting user-centered designs for both our customer and restaurant-facing platforms. Your creativity and technical expertise will help drive key design initiatives, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our users. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and customer support, to bring our digital vision to life.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups that clearly illustrate how digital platforms will function and appear.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs into the product.
• Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to refine and improve design solutions continuously.
• Stay up to date with design trends, best practices, and emerging tools to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met and that designs provide an inclusive experience for all users.

Experience/Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design processes and the ability to solve complex design problems creatively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present your ideas and rationale clearly.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience.
