Description
Our Nordic client is seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer to join their team on a project that focuses on enhancing multilingual customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will develop and implement test automation strategies and optimize testing processes to ensure seamless communication between customers and service agent. Location: 100% Remote, but must work from within EU
Duration: 6-12 month contract (with the possibility of extension)
Key Responsibilities
- Work on a solution that provides multilingual customer communication
- Create and implement effective test automation strategies to enhance software delivery.
- Perform end-to-end testing of the application, focusing on HTTPS/REST APIs.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate continuous testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to ensure timely resolution.
- Offer insights on software usability and functionality based on testing outcomes.
- Engage in regular meetings
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in test automation and working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in end-to-end testing and testing of HTTPS/REST APIs.
- Experience with Jest, Cypress, Selenium, or similar testing framework.
Additional Skills That Would Be Great to Have
- Salesforce unit testing experience
- Langfuse experience
- Data science, data processing or labeling experience
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
