CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading global hedge fund to recruit a Quantitative Developer for their Denver office. Here, you'll be part of a highly successful team, working alongside top professionals in the industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate directly with Senior Management at one of the most successful hedge funds.

The quant development team is embedded within the trading desk, tasked with creating, implementing, and supporting the tools, frameworks, platforms, and models that serve the traders, researchers, and quants. The hedge fund is seeking a Quant Developer to transform innovative research ideas into practical models and platforms, all while writing high-quality, scalable production code.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Enhance and maintain critical components of the research infrastructure
• Develop and bring tools and processes related to trading systems into production
• Address issues in production code and respond to system alerts

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

• Strong Python skills are a MUST—proficiency in at least 3 of the following: pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• 1-5 years of experience in a Software Engineer or Quant Developer role
• Passion for quantitative trading
• Experience with distributed systems or ML engineering is a plus
• Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field
• Demonstrated experience building systems and implementing strategies in collaborative environments
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to align business challenges with technical solutions
• Creative problem-solving skills for tackling complex mathematical and computer science challenges
