Position: Senior DevOps Engineer

Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)

Location: Manama, Bahrain

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our DevOps infrastructure and processes. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Design and implement efficient and reliable DevOps processes and tools to support our software development and deployment activities
• - Develop and maintain automated build, deployment, and testing pipelines
• - Continuously monitor and improve our systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
• - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, build, and deployment processes
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• - Stay up to date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies and make recommendations for their adoption
• - Mentor and guide junior team members on DevOps best practices and processes
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role
• - Strong experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• - Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
• - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• - Strong communication and collaboration skills
• - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• - Certifications in DevOps and cloud computing are a plus
