Job Opportunity: Software Engineering Sr. Engineer

🌎 Location: Fully remote (Open to candidates from Colombia and Mexico)

📄 Contract Type: Contractor (Payment in USD)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Build scalable solutions with TypeScript and Python on both frontend and backend.
• API Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs using NestJS and FastAPI.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (data scientists, QA engineers, product managers).
• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Documentation: Create design specs, API docs, and user guides.
• Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services (Lambda, S3, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• CI/CD Pipeline: Set up and maintain pipelines with GitHub Actions or similar platforms.

🎯 Required Skills:

• Strong experience in TypeScript (React/Angular) and Python
• Experience with RESTful API development using NestJS and FastAPI
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative platforms like GitHub
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

💡 Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, especially GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes/ECS
• Strong knowledge of AWS architecture and services
