What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-End Payroll: Own the entire payroll process for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Belgian legislation.
• Reporting & Compliance: Handle post-payroll reporting, submit data to government bodies, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical payroll issues in collaboration with your team.
• Client Support: Be the go-to person for client escalations and operational team support.
• Process Improvement: Help drive automation and innovation in payroll operations.
• Year-End Assistance: Support year-end processes and government filings.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of payroll experience (preferably with Belgian payroll).
• Fluent in Dutch (required), strong English skills, and French is a plus.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems like Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• A proactive problem-solver who’s ready to take on new challenges.
• Belgian ID is required for handling government interactions.
