Job Description

Our client is a leading vehicle shipping services provider, specializing in transport solutions. They are seeking a motivated and creative Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-the-funnel activities and engage potential clients.

Location:

Fully remote (Work from home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Top-of-the-Funnel Activities: Drive top-of-the-funnel sales efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential clients, including sports agents, celebrity managers, schools, corporate relocation companies, home moving companies, and other targeted verticals.
  • Cold Calling and Email Outreach: Conduct cold calls and email outreach to generate leads and establish initial contact with potential clients.
  • Understanding ICP/Buyer Personas: Develop a deep understanding of the ideal customer profile (ICP) and buyer personas to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
  • Creative Thinking: Employ creative thinking and strategic approaches to engage high-profile clients. Think outside the box to develop innovative outreach strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Motivated Approach: Embrace a proactive and motivated approach to sales, demonstrating a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Leverage any passion or previous experience in the vehicle shipping services industry to enhance credibility and rapport with prospects.

  • Effective Lead Generation: Successfully generate high-quality leads through cold calling and email outreach, contributing to the overall sales pipeline.
  • Strong Engagement: Build meaningful connections with potential clients, fostering interest in the company’s services.
  • Innovative Outreach Strategies: Implement creative and effective outreach strategies that resonate with target audiences and lead to increased conversions.
  • Achieving Targets: Demonstrate a hunger for success by consistently meeting or exceeding outreach and engagement targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales development or similar roles, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion or previous experience in the vehicle shipping services industry is advantageous.
  • Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Creative and Strategic: Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative outreach strategies.
  • Motivated Attitude: A self-starter with a hunger for success and a drive to excel in a competitive environment.
