Workplace Security Engineer
One of the leading banks in the Netherlands is seeking a Workplace Security Engineer to ensure a secure and seamless digital workplace for its global workforce. This role is crucial in balancing security with usability, enabling employees to work efficiently from anywhere.
What you will do:
- Enhance and maintain security within Microsoft 365, focusing on Microsoft Defender and Purview.
- Automate security processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Provide expert third-line support for global service continuity.
- Collaborate with major technology suppliers like Microsoft to optimize security measures.
What we are looking for:
- Five or more years of IT security experience, ideally in the financial sector.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Purview and Defender.
- Background in automation, preferably with Terraform or similar tools.
- A balanced approach to security, considering both protection and usability.

- Initial 12- 18 month contract with the potential to become a permanent employee.
