Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and industry standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bugs, crashes, or UI/UX issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture and code design discussions.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in mobile development and Flutter.
- Mentor junior developers and assist in project planning, timelines, and development roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years using Flutter.
- Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter SDK.
- Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of backend services.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of mobile app design guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
- Experience with third-party libraries, SDKs, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with native iOS/Android development is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
