Offer:

• Salary - €105k to €110k basic (PAYE, paid weekly)
• This is a 9-month contract - to start ASAP (max 4-8 weeks notice).
• Fully remote based in Ireland

You must be fully clear to work in Ireland without the need of relocation/sponsorship

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager; a proven strategic thinker to join our team, focusing on enhancing quality and efficiency across a global network of vendors.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of programme / project management experience with a strong background in data-driven projects; within the IT/Technology field
• Expertise in Excel - PivotTable, Charts, and data visualisation tools - Tableau, Power BI.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence teams in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong tactical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in process design and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvements and share best practices to build a consistent backbone of support across regions.
• Manage complex vendor programs and drive metric improvements and process standardisation.
• Design and implement scalable processes and systems that contribute to operational excellence.
• Champion change management, clearly communicating progress and synthesising feedback for stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams globally to achieve organisational goals.
