Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and prioritize JIRA tasks for the software development team.
- Assign tasks to developers and ensure timely progress and completion.
- Monitor the status of ongoing projects and provide regular updates to upper management.
- Gather detailed information during daily stand-up meetings and ensure that all team members are aligned on project goals.
- Work closely with developers to understand technical challenges and help remove roadblocks.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure that development projects align with the company’s technical standards.
- Ensure clear communication between the development team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that project deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Experience in casino/gambling industry or gaming platforms.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical details effectively.
- Must have experience working with web development projects.
- Strong understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript libraries, and web development technologies.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role in a software development environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with back-office operations and related technological solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
