People Data Analyst

As a People Data Analyst for Growth at VTEX, you will be responsible for building and optimizing dashboards, databases, and analytics to provide actionable insights that will guide our decisions related to our people strategy on different fronts: Hiring, Talent Management, Compensation, among others. You'll play a key role in analyzing data, presenting findings, and driving improvements in our recruitment, people strategies, and HR operations.

What Will You Do

• Help us track Indicators, and build dashboards and databases that will guide the team's strategy and decisions;
• Come up with improvements and opportunities regarding our Hiring and HR Processes, based on the analysis;
• Bring technology and automatization to the existing processes;
• Transfer data knowledge and skills to the existing People team members;
• Help us scale our recruitment and HR processes all around the world!
  
  

Who You Are

• Undergraduate student or Recent graduate in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related;
• Intermediate knowledge in Power BI, People Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets;
• Fluent in English; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus;
• Experience with dashboard platforms, like PowerBI, DataStudio, or others;
