Senior C/C++ Developer (AI Systems) - Remote

Job Responsibilities:
- Review and validate code and solutions generated by AI systems, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
- Manage the development cycle, set project goals and deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Utilize your expertise in C/C++ to solve complex coding challenges that arise during AI validation.
- Collaborate with teams to improve the capabilities of AI systems and integrate them with other components.
- Conduct validation checks to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI-generated code.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer, with a focus on backend development.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably overseeing a team of software engineers.
- Proficient in C/C++ programming languages with a deep understanding of software development best practices.
- Experience with AI systems and code-creation technologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
