Job Description

We are currently looking for Senior Embedded Software Testers, Developers, and Architects to join our team and work on various cutting-edge projects with our clients in Sweden. These projects span industries such as automotive, telecom, defense, and other similar high-tech sectors. Key Responsibilities:Embedded Software Tester:
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans for embedded systems.
  • Conduct functional, integration, and system testing to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and document issues, collaborating closely with the development team.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (ISO, IEC, etc.).
Embedded Software Developer:
  • Design, develop, and optimize embedded software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with hardware.
  • Develop low-level drivers, middleware, and application-level software.
  • Debug, test, and optimize embedded systems for performance and reliability.
Embedded Software Architect:
  • Lead the architectural design of embedded software systems.
  • Define software requirements, interface specifications, and integration strategies.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of embedded solutions.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to align software architecture with project goals.
General Requirements:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in embedded software development, testing, or architecture.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems, including hardware/software interfaces.
  • Industry experience in automotive, telecom, defense, or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, and other relevant languages for embedded development.
  • Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), microcontrollers, and embedded Linux.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, or DO-178 is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), build systems (e.g., Make/CMake), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth, Zigbee, LTE).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles in embedded systems.
  • Swedish language proficiency is a plus but not required.
