Job Description
Next Ventures are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex development and testing projects for a long-term, fully Contract/freelance remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage several projects (of varying size) simultaneously.
- Oversee development and testing teams across multiple projects.
- Collaborate directly with clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Leverage your experience in Middleware-related projects (a plus!) to drive successful outcomes.
- Utilize project management tools and methods to track progress, manage resources, and report to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years managing complex projects.
- Proven customer-facing experience with exceptional soft skills.
- Strong technical insight and the ability to effectively collaborate with development and testing teams.
- Fluent with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Strong expertise in scope, time, and financial management.
- Experience in Middleware-related projects is a plus!
