We are looking for an IBM Developer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Intelligence (BI) to join our team in full-time availability.

WHAT WE NEED FROM THIS ROLE:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM technologies, including Watson, IBM Cloud, and AI/BI frameworks, to build smart solutions that leverage data analytics and advanced intelligence. This role will focus on designing, developing, and integrating AI and BI tools to provide actionable insights, enhance business decision-making, and drive company-wide innovation:

• AI Development and Integration: Build and deploy AI-powered applications using IBM Watson and IBM Cloud, leveraging machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision technologies.
• Business Intelligence Solutions: Design and implement IBM-based BI tools, including IBM Cognos Analytics, IBM Watson Analytics, and IBM Planning Analytics, to help gather, analyze, and visualize data that supports key business decisions.
• Collaborate on AI & BI Initiatives: Work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business goals and deliver AI/BI solutions that optimize processes and uncover insights from large datasets.
• AI Model Training & Tuning: Develop and fine-tune machine learning models, continually enhancing accuracy and performance based on real-world data.
• Cloud-Based AI/BI Development: Use IBM Cloud and its AI/BI services to develop scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions.
• Data-Driven Business Intelligence: Leverage IBM tools to integrate AI-driven predictive analytics with BI dashboards to create visual representations of data trends and forecasts.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create thorough documentation of AI/BI processes, workflows, and project results: present technical reports and insights to technical and non-technical teams.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure that AI and BI applications are built with a focus on security, data privacy, and compliance, following best practices such as GDPR.

PERSONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in IBM development, with a strong focus on AI and Business Intelligence applications.
• Proven expertise in IBM Watson and IBM Cloud services, especially in AI/BI implementations.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and deep learning.
• Familiarity with IBM BI tools such as Cognos Analytics, Watson Analytics, or other business intelligence platforms.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, data visualization, and how AI and BI tools can enhance business intelligence strategies.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, continuous integration, and AI model deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
