Project Description:
We are developing an OTT platform for one of the largest TV providers in North America. Our engineers are responsible for a diverse range of tasks, such as developing client applications for different platforms, including Android, iOS, SmartTVs, and others, creating backend components for the platform, and building cloud infrastructure to support it. We are seeking a talented Senior SDET to join our team. If you are interested in this opportunity, please review the requirements and responsibilities below.
Responsibilities:
You have the opportunity to join a team responsible for developing Interactive Television Applications (ITA) for the platform. As part of the team, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with other teams to define and deliver new features and enhancement.
- Develop a testing framework for the team
- Create test plans and test cases for new features and/or applications.
- Develop automated tests.
- Analyze results of automated test runs.
Mandatory Skills Description:
- good knowledge of Java or Python
- ability to quick learn Python if you know Java only or to learn Java if you know Python only if needed
- experience with test framework development
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Jenkins pipelines
Languages:
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
