System Administrator

We have an exciting System Administrator opportunity in Fault Management with an international company, offering a fully remote role from anywhere in Germany!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in OSS with Service Assurance & Fault Management
• Manage SLAs across departments (support models, contracts)
• L2/L3 system administration for Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Handle trouble tickets and cross-team communication

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of operations experience
• Expertise in SNMP, CORBA, SOAP, REST for NE integrations
• Fault Management experience with OSS COTS tools (e.g., IBM Tivoli Netcool, SolarWinds)
• Strong knowledge of OSS FCAPS domains and Netcool Suite
• Fluent in German and English
