What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a related or similar role.
- Expertise on Monday.com is critical – can do segments and improvement
- Knowledge of integrating software such as Google Mail, META, Twilio, and more.
- Focus on data integration and cleansing
- An incredibly high level of attention to detail
- Passion and interest in technology
- Board and workflow management and refinement, with an emphasis on ongoing enhancement and optimization of the existing infrastructure.
- Looking for someone who can help in automating the grunt work – basic troubleshooting, identify the red flag in the system, integrate diff tools/platform
- Responsible for ensuring all automations are firing correctly and that all system connections remain stable
- Data Management, enhancing the way customer data is handled to maintain compliance - this includes ensuring proper storage, limiting access, and securely removing data at specified intervals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to promote innovation and gain a competitive edge.
