Role Overview

True9 is looking for a Tech Lead who can combine technical expertise and hands-on coding with strong communication skills to provide the best solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a small team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Define and drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate into our solutions.
Hands-on Development:
- Participate in coding activities to maintain a deep understanding of the codebase and technical challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure best practices in software development, including testing, code quality, and documentation.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements.
- Present technical concepts and project updates to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Work with the Delivery Manager to help client expectations and ensure satisfaction through regular communication and updates.
Project Delivery:
- Collaborate with delivery managers to help define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
About You
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in software development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a development team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong coding skills and a passion for staying involved in the details.
- Hands-on commercial experience with PHP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
Tech Stack: PHP, MySQL, Laravel, Symfony, Docker, Vue.js, Angular, AWS, Docker, Git, CI/CD
