Performance Tester (NeoLoad)

Job Title: Performance Tester

Location: Remote from Latam

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting performance testing using NeoLoad, writing automated test scripts, and conducting automation testing. This role is fully remote, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform performance testing of applications using NeoLoad to identify system bottlenecks and optimize performance.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to simulate user load and validate system behavior under stress.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Analyze performance test results, identify root causes of performance issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and update existing automated test scripts as needed to reflect changes in system requirements.
• Document testing processes, results, and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in automation testing by implementing best practices and optimizing test coverage.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in performance testing using NeoLoad or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
• Ability to analyze performance data and troubleshoot issues related to system performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
