I'm delighted to be working with a global leader in SpaceTech, who are looking to expand their IT Support team.

This is a chance to work for an award-winning business that is at the forefront of Space Sustainability - there is only a handful of companies in the world that do what they do!

You will be responsible for working through tickets across all users, providing a mix of 1st and 2nd line support. The work will be extremely varied, including project based work as well as exposure to a multi-cloud environment.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, you must be very approachable
• Expertise in Microsoft Windows 11 support
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
• Skilled in laptop automation and configuration
• Effective at managing workloads and prioritizing tasks
• Experience with Intune MDM, Microsoft Azure, and PowerShell scripting
• Proficient in MacOS management and Meraki infrastructure
• Skilled with network diagnosis tools on Windows, MacOS, and Linux
• CompTIA or Microsoft certified
• Familiar with ITIL environments
