You are: 

• A professional with communication, analytics, UX/UI and learning design skills; a fast-learner, curious, attentive to details, experienced in senior partners management;
• A specialist with university degree (in the field of Management, Design, Business Administration, International Relations or equivalent); 
• Able to work under time pressure in a changing environment;
• Experienced user of MS Office (MS Teams, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Power BI);
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal);  
  
  

With you we will: 

• Cooperate closely with Global Marketing & Sales function, as well as other Corporate internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring partner expectations are met and exceeded through service orientation and service quality;
• Аnalyze available Learning experience and content metrics, consolidate and share key insights & recommendation with relevant stakeholders;
• Lead and sustain content governance process: insights, quality, enhancements etc.;
• Cooperate with technical teams on new Learning experience platform (LXP) releases/ pipeline of improvements and its benefit/ impact for wider M&S group;
• Provide leadership & capability building/ on-boarding for local Markets and other Functional curators;
• Monitor Search and action as required (Search best practices). Ensure Accessibility. Ensure LX quality through Website optimization (Website best practices). Apply UX/UI best practices for to support successful leveraging of LXP.
