Responsibilities
- Ensure the Data Vault architecture aligns with business requirements and best practices in the pharma industry
- Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Good understanding of business processes in Pharma Technical Operations area and pharmaceutical supply chain models
- Project Management: Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Develop and maintain data models, write efficient SQL queries, and design and maintain cloud data warehouses
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CLV, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer segmentation
- Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to communicate insights effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and project management
- Experience with Data Vault modeling
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in cloud data warehousing platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the pharma industry
- 100% remote job
- Experience with Python programming language
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution modeling
