Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Red Team Manager to lead our team of cybersecurity professionals in conducting advanced simulated attacks against our clients' systems. Responsibilities:
Engagement Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of red team engagements for clients across various industries.
- Work closely with clients to understand their security objectives, develop customized attack scenarios, and simulate real-world threats.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery within scope and schedule.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in conducting advanced penetration tests, social engineering campaigns, and other offensive security activities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client environments to identify weaknesses and recommend remediation strategies.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, recommendations, and remediation strategies for clients.
- Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales activities and provide technical expertise to clients.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive the development and enhancement of red team methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
- Conduct post-engagement reviews and lessons-learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading and managing red team engagements.
- In-depth knowledge of offensive security tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud environments.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
