Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This role is fully remote and involves designing intuitive, user-centered digital products across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to showcase a strong portfolio of their work, demonstrating proficiency in creating visually appealing and functional interfaces. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and developers to iterate designs, optimize user experience, and ensure the visual consistency of the product.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users.
