What you'll do:

• Design Custom Solutions: Engineer beams and frames to meet specific client needs.
• Create Detailed Plans: Produce 2D and 3D CAD models and drawing packs.
• Ensure Safety: Prepare calculation reports to industry standards
• See Projects Through: Collaborate with suppliers and manage production

What you need:

• Engineering Degree: Mechanical, Structural, or Design Engineering
• Experience: 3+ years in engineering
• CAD Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
• Problem-Solving Ability: A logical and creative approach

Nice to have:

• FEA Knowledge: Experience with SolidWorks FEA
• Lifting Industry Experience: Familiarity with lifting equipment design
• Standards Knowledge: Understanding of structural or mechanical standards
• Leadership Skills: Experience leading or mentoring a team
