What Does Being a Talent Sourcer at Baldur Look Like?
As a Senior Sourcer, you’ll be the backbone of our recruitment process, working closely with our Recruiters. We won’t micro-manage you — we’ll give you a role, and you’ll run with it. Your expertise is crucial to delivering results, and you’ll have the freedom to get creative with your sourcing strategies. At Baldur, sourcing is more than just filling roles — it's about hunting down the perfect fit with precision and passion.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Taking role briefings from our consultants and translating them into targeted sourcing strategies.
- Conducting deep candidate research and using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search mastery required!).
- Engaging passive candidates with compelling outreach messages on platforms like LinkedIn and beyond.
- Posting jobs and managing candidate pipelines across multiple job boards.
- Collaborating with recruiters to ensure that candidate profiles align perfectly with job requirements.
- Scheduling interviews and, potentially in the future, leading them yourself.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You live for the thrill of the hunt — sourcing gives you energy, not exhaustion.
- You’re a Boolean search wizard and always come up with creative ways to find top talent.
- You thrive on autonomy and don’t need hand-holding. You own your searches and are always pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
- You can write outreach messages that catch attention and get results.
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in sourcing for tech roles, ideally with a track record of building high-quality talent pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of social platforms like LinkedIn, XING, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and more.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Bonus Points for German language skills or knowledge of the German recruitment market!
