We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to enhance ServiceNow enterprise integration to Cloud operations (Public Clouds - AWS, Azure, GCP). Build SNOW forms and SNOW workflows, working both with front end side and backend side of development.

Responsibilities

• New ServiceNow form creation from initial design through to deployment
• Support and development of existing ServiceNow forms, including troubleshooting and remediation
• Work in a close collaboration with Cloud Engineering team(s), help develop automation for their regular enterprise operations
• Excellent communication skills and a passion to constantly improve both technical solutions and internal processes
• Work closely on existing integrations on AWS, Azure and GCP providing seamless support and ownership of stories and/or tasks
• Support the Cloud Engineering team(s) in testing of new and existing versions of SNOW components
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success at an Enterprise level
• REST API/SOAP integration experience at both a development and troubleshooting perspective
• Familiar with VCS (Gitlab / Github)
• Experience or understanding of scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)
• 2+ years in JavaScript - Experience in JS coding; maximising code reuse, able to follow best practice in coding standards
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practice and latest features along with ServiceNow Implementation and Design experience
• Experience and comfortable working within an Agile methodology
• Experience in unit testing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Relational database concepts understanding
