- Developing, deploying, and maintaining automotive backend microservices using Java Spring and Angular
- Utilising DevOps principles to create, test, and deploy backend solutions and internal tools with modern cloud infrastructure
- Contributing to technical and architectural decisions
- Collaborating with your team and other teams on backend and tool development in an automotive environment
- Defining architecture alongside team members
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
- Proven experience in a Fullstack Developer role or similar
- Solid experience with backend development, particularly focused on RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and the Java framework
- Willingness to work in a multicultural, interdisciplinary balanced product team
- Understanding of Serverless Architecture
- Experience with Angular
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to build and lead an effective team with clear guidance
- Experience mentoring and engaging team members towards goals and timelines
