What you'll do:
- Source, attract, and qualify top talent across a wide range of specialisms, including:
- Card issuing & acquiring (debit, credit, corporate, prepaid, loyalty)
- Crypto (Blockchain, IoT, Web3, NFT)
- Software development (Web3, Payment solutions, Gaming)
- Payment processing & transaction processing
- Payment security (risk, fraud, encryption)
- PSP (payment service providers) & mobile payments
- Money transfer & remittance
- Consulting (business & technical)
- And more!
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify the perfect fit
- Negotiate competitive offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 2 year of recruitment experience (preferably within the payments sector)
- A proven track record of success in sourcing and placing high-caliber candidates and billing history
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices
