We are a rapidly growing startup seeking a talented and motivated data scientist to join our AI/Data Science team. Our team is composed of talented, humble, and curious individuals with backgrounds in high-tech startups and academia. 

The selected candidate will work on exciting projects focused on creating products based on structured and unstructured data, making a significant impact within the company. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Leading and executing DS-related projects from inception through development and deployment. 
• Providing open and constructive feedback on ongoing projects based on prior experience. 
• Conducting research and literature reviews to make informed decisions and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and ML. 
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely delivery and high-quality project outcomes. 

To be successful in this role, you should have: 

• A PhD with applied ML in any field or at least 3 years of experience in data science. 
• A solid understanding of machine learning, with a particular interest in NLP techniques. 
• A proven track record of solving business problems using data. 
• Strong coding skills and proficiency in object-oriented programming with Python. 
• Hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks to deploy and manage models in production. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and experiment with modern technologies. 
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (interviews will be conducted in English).
