Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and aesthetically pleasing content for websites, emails, and social media, aligning with user expectations and business objectives.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Craft email templates and marketing campaigns that clearly convey product features, promotions, and events.
- Create landing pages and social media campaigns in line with marketing strategies to boost user acquisition.
- Manage design systems, style guides, and UI libraries, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine design choices.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in the role.
- Advanced skills in CRM, particularly Zoho, and other marketing automation tools.
- Specialist in Figma with advanced proficiency in digital design tools, including Zoho, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
- Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in UX/UI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a range of skills in UX design, graphic design, and marketing. (APPLICATIONS WITHOUT A PORTFOLIO WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.)
- Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and UI libraries, ensuring consistency and quality in design outputs.
