- (LATAM Candidates should align with US hours, Indian Candidates should have 2-3 hour overlap with EST.) Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in India or LATAM Countries)
Responsibilities
- Provide incident response, problem analysis, and formulate resolution action plans.
- Provide monitoring and maintenance of communication circuits and network infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify potential bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and performance improvements.
- Backup and maintain system configurations of all network components.
- Document network design, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and standardization.
- Manage and maintain the performance and security of the network infrastructure (routers, switches, F5, etc.).
- Perform periodic inventory lifecycle management for all network equipment, ensuring that expiring maintenance contracts and any aging equipment is identified and managed in a timely manner.
- Administer any moves, additions, changes, and deletions to the network infrastructure.
- Ordering of moves, additions, changes, and deletion of communication lines.
- Work all assigned service requests and incident tickets and resolve within permitted SLAs.
- Provide off-hours support as necessary,
- Perform operating system upgrade maintenance on all network infrastructure
- Perform miscellaneous projects that are assigned.
- Administration of F5 load balancers and management of SSL certificates.
- Administration of external DNS services.
- 5+ years of experience working and managing enterprise level network infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Firewalls, load balancers, WAN Technologies, SD-WAN, IP subnetting, VPNs, and other advanced networking concepts
- Expertise in administering and managing hardware such as Cisco network products - Catalyst Switches, ISR and ASR routers, Nexus switches, Cisco Meraki wireless and mx products, and F5 load balancers.
- In-depth understanding of networking protocols, technologies, and standards (e.g., BGP, EIGRP, QOS, VSS, Stackwise, Stackwise virtual, SVI, SNMP…etc.).
- In-depth knowledge and experience using Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly DNA Center) and Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller.
- Strong knowledge of External DNS and SSL certificate management.
- Experience with integrating networking software such as IPAM, NAC, Cisco Client, and Splunk.
- Experience in configuring and working with network monitoring systems. Logic Monitor is a plus.
- Experience with cloud network architecture such as Azure and AWS.
- Knowledge of network security best practices and integration.
- CCNP or equivalent knowledge
- Industry standards and best practices.

- Degree in related field and/or 5+ year experience in a networking engineering role.
