Role: Release Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage our regular release cycle.
- Manage iOS and Android app releases on AppStoreConnect and Google Play Console.
- Oversee configuration of our test and production environments.
- Provide release status updates to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Facilitate the creation of both internal and client-facing release notes.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to release processes.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA and Product teams on addressing ad-hoc requirements.
- Continuously improve the release process to address the changes in technology and the growing complexity of our system.
- 2+ years of experience working with production software applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to cope with a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work with Engineering team to solve technical problems.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience managing release cycles.
- Previous experience managing iOS and Android app releases.
- Previous experience managing multiple environment configurations.
- Ability to work with command line interface and code editors.
- Experience with CircleCI or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience with LaunchDarkly or similar feature flag management software.
- Previous exposure to QA testing practices.
