We're seeking a skilled and motivated developer to lead the development of our app and website from the ground up.

Job Description: We are looking for a talented Full-Stack React.js/React Native Developer to join our team and take charge of developing our entire web and mobile application. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, has a passion for building cutting-edge solutions, and is eager to take on leadership responsibilities as our team grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• App and Website Development: Design, develop, and deploy a high-performance web and mobile application using React.js and React Native.
• Database Management: Select and manage the appropriate database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) to ensure smooth and efficient data handling.
• Full-Stack Development: Implement front-end and back-end functionality, ensuring seamless user experience and interaction.
• Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update the app and website to ensure optimal performance, fix bugs, and implement new features.
• Leadership Role: Initially work independently, with the potential to grow into a team lead position as we expand.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founders to understand and implement the vision of the platform, with a focus on innovation and user experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in React.js and React Native: Strong experience in building both web and mobile applications.
• Full-Stack Development: Experience with front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development (Node.js, Express, etc.).
• Database Knowledge: Familiarity with various database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase) and the ability to manage them effectively.
• API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party service integrations.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration.
• Soft Skills: Creative, intelligent, proactive, and hard-working with strong communication and social skills.
