Product Managers - Data & AI Projects
Position: Product Manager (2 Roles)
Project Focus: Real Estate Data Project & Treasury Data Project
Location: Fully Remote (Europe-Based)
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Starting 1st October)
Are you passionate about shaping the future of data and AI? We are seeking two experienced Product Managers to lead innovative internal projects in the Data & AI space. This is a unique opportunity to drive cutting-edge initiatives within a leading organization, focusing on internal data solutions powered by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Working closely with a dedicated team that includes an architect and engineer, you will lead a small, agile squad focused on developing and delivering robust data solutions. Your role will be central to the success of these projects, from ideation to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for your assigned data project, from strategy and roadmap development to execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, architects, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Drive the development of data-driven products leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and Snowflake, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver significant value.
- Sensitively manage stakeholders who are not familiar with Agile methodologies, explaining the intricacies of backlogs, sprints, and iterative development while respecting their established ideas and expectations.
- Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Data & AI space, particularly with data products.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Generative AI, and LLMs.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data governance principles.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with a track record of driving complex projects to success.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders who may have limited experience with Agile teams and processes.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
