Backend Developer

Were hiring a Backend Developer for an innovative Private Equity boutique.

Our client offers accredited investors access to highly vetted private market opportunities. The platform emphasizes community-driven growth, offering a gamified experience where investors can network, learn, and earn rewards. Established in 2019, this fast-growing private equity fund has grown to an impressive $35M+ AUM and a portfolio of 50+ investee companies.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic tech team and shape the future of Private Equity.

What were looking for:

• Experience with Gamification and Tokenization: Knowledge of reward systems and gamification mechanics
• Experience with API Development: Strong skills in creating and managing RESTful APIs.
• Experience in implementing AI solutions
• Self Starters with a strong track record of previous tech projects
• Background in / Knowledge of financial markets is preferable
• Bachelors or Masters in computer science or other relevant fields.
  
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of server-side programming languages (Python, Ruby, Java)
• Proficiency in handling scalability, security and performance
• Prior experience of containerised development and deployment; AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
  
  
  

Data Handling: Experience with large datasets and optimizing database performance.

General:

• Location: Office is based in London
• Work Setup: Very Flexible (Fully Remote is a possibility)
