Agile Coach (relocation to Brussels, Belgium)

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach willing to relocate to or currently located in Brussels, Belgium.

As a servant leader, you will be pivotal in enhancing our team's communication and helping them achieve their objectives. You will be responsible for delivering data-driven coaching agreements, established through keen observations and collaboration with leadership, focusing on value delivery, flow, quality, predictability, modern engineering practices, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies across the organization.
• Facilitate team efficiency by proactively removing impediments.
• Maintain flexibility and the ability to rapidly respond to changes.
• Collaborate with other Agile coaches and Scrum Masters within the area to enhance collective effectiveness.
• Deliver on coaching agreements that are tailored based on data-driven insights and collaborative assessment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach with successful senior leadership collaborations.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum and other agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide and influence both teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on implementing modern engineering practices.
• Proficient use of Jira for tracking and managing agile projects.
• Very good spoken English.
