We are now seeking a senior, serious, and experienced project manager to lead one of our largest and most critical projects.

Role Overview:

We need a proactive Senior Project Manager to oversee a significant project in the shipping and transportation domain. This project, which will span over a year, offers full-time business and long-term impact. You will manage a team of 12 developers and coordinate with our US-based client, navigating a complex, multilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Team: Manage a global team of developers (primarily Russian-speaking) using tools like Slack, Loom, Jira, and Confluence.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for our US client, ensuring effective communication in English.
• Project Execution: Oversee project management tasks, run SCRUM ceremonies, update Jira, and manage project scope.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure adherence to best practices in Bubble and API integrations.
• Strategic Impact: Drive project success, influencing future business growth and long-term engagement.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing large, complex no-code projects.
• Proficiency with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Solid understanding of Bubble and API integrations.
• Strong English communication skills; Russian proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, multilingual environment.
• A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and keen attention to detail.
• Leadership qualities with a commitment to team wellbeing and project excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in tech or no-code projects.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
