2) Java & SQL Developer

Location: Budapest

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Python & SQL Developer. The role is being offered hybrid (partly remote and partly office based in Budapest). We are looking for someone who thrives on solving problems and has a genuine interest in process automation and application development.
The candidate starts with a fully remote role, transitioning to a hybrid model (1-2 days per week in the office) after approximately 6 months, once we’re well established in Budapest.

Requirements
First and foremost we are looking for an ambitious problem solver with a demonstrable hunger and passion for software and data engineering with an eagerness to learn.
Excellent written and spoken English
Possess a Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or similar (or proven relevant experience)
3+ years proven experience with SQL and Python application development
Python Django development experience
Self-motivated with the ability to work well as part of a team.
Ability to process and analyse complex datasets.
SQL experience (ideally hold a Microsoft Certification)
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) experience or other low-code/no-code platforms an advantage.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory)
Knowledge and experience with Robotic Process Automation platforms desirable
Experience with Git, Jira/Linear
