Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for providing information technology support and development
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of IT , optimizing related system and ensuring the health of all IT systems
- Responsible for ERP(SAP), BPM project management and all related daily operations
- Responsible for all IT related projects evaluation, planning, implementing & control
- Responsible for budget and cost control
- Maintain service agreements and deliverables with vendors
- Manage and promote the development of new system, understand departmental needs, and negotiate with vendors
- Identify business needs, develop innovative solutions, and transform into business proposals
- Manage relocation projects, including openings, decommissioning, and relocations, and configure network devices
- Maintain cyber safety, implementing and control of any compliance related regulations
- Assist team members with technical assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Report to General Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years' experience in IT services with at least 3 years of supervisor role and 3 years’ experience of SAP, ERP management and development
- Familiar with EC, APP, CRM, POS, data warehouse, BI system and experience in application development will be an advantage
- Experience in retail, FMCG or catering related will be an advantage
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and IT operations
- Good leadership, organizational ability, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English、Chinese and Mandarin
- Sport lover is highly preferable
