✅Requirements:
✔️5+ years of experience in IT;
✔️Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members;
✔️Experience in a similar role or in a supervisory position;
✔️Strong communication and reporting skills;
✔️Conflict resolution and problem solving skills;
✔️Process-oriented, business-oriented and strategic mindset;
✔️Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stress situations;
✔️Experience working with logging, monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. ELK stack, Grafana, PagerDuty, Zabbix);
✔️Ability to perform log level analysis and strong troubleshooting skills;
✔️Experience with bug and issue tracking systems (Jira preferred);
✔️Ambition to learn new systems, procedures, techniques in a short period of time;
✔️Self-learning ability, self-motivated and team player;
✔️Proficiency in English and Russian;
✔️Experience working with gambling industry products (nice to have).
✅ Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
✔️Create strategies for future team and department development and identify processes improvements from technical side
✔️Supervise L2 duty engineers (NOC) during day shifts
✔️Support night-shift duty engineers during incidents (on-call duty): act as an incident manager and facilitate incidents resolution
✔️Create incident reports and lead post-mortem meetings
✔️Train and mentor newcomers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
✔️Create and analyze shift workload reports; working with team KPIs
✔️Analyze team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support team members’ professional development.
